Sport Import announces its cooperation with Mahle SmartBike Systems. The Edewecht-based distributor will now sell accessories and spare parts for X20 and X35 drive systems, including range extenders, eShifters and computer units, for the company based in Palencia, Spain.
Mahle SmartBike Systems’ drives are very popular in the OEM sector. In addition to other advantages and innovative concepts, the low weight of the systems is particularly impressive: the X20 system, for example, is the lightest eBike rear hub system on the market. In addition, the drives feature a high range, which can be further increased with the range extender.
Peter Daniel Wilhelm is sales manager at Mahle SmartBike Systems. Commenting on the cooperation with Sport Import, he says: “Sport Import is the reliable partner we were looking for for our products. The know-how in placing technical products into the market combined with the excellent retail structure convinced us right from the start.”
