We are distributor of bicycle accessories and parts in the mountain bike, road, gravel, BMX and urban cycling sector. From our location in Edewecht, Lower Saxony, 70 team members look after more than 35 brands. From here we supply more than 3,500 specialist dealers throughout Europe – with our products, our know-how and our passion.
We are successful when our employees are. That is why we believe in a high degree of personal responsibility. We don’t have motivational posters hanging on our office walls. Your Responsibilities
- Drive sales with existing customers
- Responsibility to meet sales targets
- Acquisition of new customers and establishing a trusted relationship
- Develop brand awareness on shop floors
- Permanent market analysis and effective reporting about risks and opportunities
- Organize & carry out occasional dealer/consumer events (together with our event team)
- Visiting customers 3-4 days per week
Skills and Qualifications
- Self-driven & enthusiastic entrepreneur with ability to organize yourself (with the help of the inside sales team)
- Fluent in English, knowledge of German would be a plus
- Experienced in sales in the Belgian bike industry, preferably as a sales agent
- Good command of common office SW (Outlook, Excel)
- Strong communication skills, positive attitude, willingness to learn and enjoy working in an international team
- Willingness to travel on a frequent basis, valid drivers licence is a must
- Broad interest in bike topics related to Road/Mountain/Gravelbike and/or BMX

Your Responsibilities

As a distributor, we focus on markets and brands. In addition to supplying goods and providing advice, we also offer our dealers brand-specific service, support and training courses, and we also carry out marketing activities and present our brands at trade fairs. Our large IT department keeps our processes lean and our trading and order tools up to date. Our own warehouse with an area of over 5,000 m² houses tens of thousands of items – from brake pads to complete bikes. Together with our purchasing control system, this guarantees our excellent delivery capabilities.
